Dear prayer warriors, partners and fellow-pilgrims…
How do you spell home? S-O-U-T-H A-F-R-I-C-A! At least that’s how I spell it! Though I felt at home here from Day One, the years have only intensified my love for this country, the culture, the people and the work to which the Lord has called me.
mi website is designed to help keep you current on what’s happening through the ministry at Mountain View Baptist Church and the Centre for Biblical Studies. Both are venues in which the Lord has allowed me to serve. The congregation of the church, my partners in ministry and the students in the classroom all bring me joy and provide encouragement, love and support.
I hope you’ll be a regular visitor to the website. I’ll try to do a better job at keeping it fresh, attractive and informative. If you’d like a closer look, why not plan a trip to visit and see for yourself? I have to warn you, however. You may just leave a piece of your heart in this beautiful land. If you can’t make it, I hope the pictures in the miGallery and the information in miUpdates will encourage you to pray earnestly and specifically. To God be the glory; great things He is doing!
